Wallflower Space

A practice rooted in depth and clarity.
Built with care, nuance and the belief that healing is both personal and unique.

About this Space

Wallflower Space is an online therapy practice in India for the quietly complex. It is led by Urvashi Jain, an RCI-licensed rehabilitation and counselling psychologist, offering therapy for adults working through anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity, and neurodivergence.

It was created for people carrying weight they rarely show. The questions that linger, the patterns that repeat, the wish to feel more like yourself. This is a space for anyone who has adapted, reflected, or made themselves smaller just to get by.

The name comes from the wallflower. A plant that grows and blooms in unlikely places, easy to overlook yet resilient.

Our Core Philosophy

Healing isn't linear. We honor the process, not just the outcome.
You don't need to be in crisis. Growth starts wherever you are.
Context matters. Your story is more than symptoms.
Depth over quick fixes. We sit with what's real.
Your pace, your path. No rush. No performance.
All of you is welcome. Even the parts you're unsure of.
From insight to action. We reflect, then realign together.
Come as you are. Honest. Messy. In progress.

Meet Urvashi Jain

Hi, I'm an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation and Counselling Psychologist offering online therapy across India, practising since 2018.

I work with people who feel deeply, think a lot, and often appear "fine" while carrying heaviness inside. My approach to therapy is collaborative and reflective, shaped by your lived experiences and the stories that matter to you.

Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me reading, reflecting, and soaking in stories either through books, films, or meaningful conversations.

Therapy, for me, isn't about rushing toward solutions. It's about slowing down, being heard, and making space to understand what lies beneath the surface. I work best with individuals who seem to have it all together but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected underneath. Many of my clients are navigating burnout, high-functioning anxiety, relationship patterns, or a lingering sense of emotional exhaustion.

My approach draws from evidence-based frameworks like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. But more than any model, I follow your pace, your story, and what feels meaningful to you. Each session is a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what's showing up. We do this without any judgment and with honesty, care, and curiosity. The goal isn't to fix everything but to build clarity, restore choice, and help you feel more connected to yourself. Read less
