How It Works

1. Choose a Time +
View available slots and select a session time that works for you. All sessions are conducted online via secured platforms.
2. Fill the Intake Form +
Before your first session, you’ll be asked to complete a brief intake form. This helps ensure our time together is tailored to your needs.
3. Make the Payment +
To confirm your booking, please complete the payment in advance. International clients can pay in USD, EUR, or INR via bank transfer. For any questions, message me on WhatsApp at +91 89689 79686 .
4. Receive Confirmation +
You’ll get an email confirming your session, along with the meeting link and any important details.

Important to Know Before Booking

  • Session Duration: 50 minutes
  • Online Format: All sessions are conducted over a secure video platform.
  • International Clients: Pricing for international clients are structured differently to maintain fair, ethical, and sustainable pricing across regions.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Please inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Sessions missed without notice will be charged.

How do I book an online therapy session? +
Choose a single session or a multi-session package from the options above, pick an available time slot, and complete your payment. You'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your session details and secure video link. All therapy sessions are conducted online.
Do I need to pay before the therapy session? +
Yes. Sessions are confirmed once payment is completed through a secure payment gateway. This holds your slot and lets us make the most of our time together.
Should I book a single session or a package? +
You can pay per session or choose a multi-session package for ongoing therapy. Packages are designed for longer-term work and offer a lower per-session rate. They don't expire, so there's no pressure to use them within a set time. If you're unsure which fits, we can talk it through in an introductory call.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? +
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full. The full policy is shared when you book.
What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me yet? +
That's completely okay. You can book a short 15-minute introductory call to talk through what you're looking for and see whether we're a good fit before committing to a full session. There's no pressure to continue.
